Our Comprehensive Support service provides you with not only the opportunity to observe the status of your service, but the tools and instruction to make positive changes. This support is aimed at business owners or managers who are looking for honest insight into the safety and effectiveness of care delivery, and the guidance to inform the future. This service is supportive not just for settings that may have concerns, but also as routine overview to maintain high standards.
Within this service your consultant will complete the following:
A compliance audit covering the fundamental elements within your business (with consideration to both care delivery and business management).
A detailed Action Plan which can be shared within your team.
And aim to observe the following:
Organisational structure - Team dynamics and strengths and opportunities for development in individual members.
Compliance snapshot looking at overview of work product.
Safety of service.
Recruitment and retention.
Contingency and work standards.
Day to day interaction and intentions.
“Secret shopper” observation.
Following this service you will be left with a better understanding of:

“Secret shopper” observation.
This session is £2400 and is completed within your care setting over a 4 day period, with an additional day completed remotely where appropriate. The session comprises a mixture of observation and discussion. Your consultant will provide you with a detailed Compliance Audit and Action Plan documents once completed.
